WASHINGTON, May 27 -- Rep. Bill Flores, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Darren Soto (D-Fla.) and Bill Flores (R-TX) introduced the bipartisan Leveraging American Understanding of Next-generation Challenges Exploring Space (LAUNCHES) Act.
