WASHINGTON, May 27 -- Sen. Patty Murray, D-Washington, issued the following joint statement with Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer, D-New York, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-California, and Rep. Frank Pallone, D-New Jersey, after the Trump administration submitted a report to Congress outlining their national testing strategy:
