EL PASO, Texas, May 27 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas issued the following news release:
The ACLU Border Rights Center launched a telephone and text service for border residents to report Border Patrol interference in the community. Residents can call or text at 1-800-557-4916 to leave a message in English or Spanish to report actions by Border Patrol agents involving rights violations or deterring access to essential services during COVID-19.
