Congressman Max Rose announced that in partnership with Governor Andrew Cuomo, AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY), one of the largest primary and specialty care practices in the New York area, has begun COVID-19 testing and diagnostics at three locations in Bay Ridge and on Staten Island.
