The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District (Corps) invites your comments on the draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Lake View Recreation Trail at Lucky Peak Dam and Lake, Boise, Idaho.
