U.S. Senators Jack Reed (D-RI) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) are teaming up with Tina Smith (D-MN) in leading the charge for dedicated funding for children's hospitals in the next novel coronavirus (COVID-19) federal emergency response package.
