WASHINGTON, May 23 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on the foreign policy impact of President Trump sending ventilators to Russia:
"I am deeply disturbed by President Trump's arbitrary decision to send millions of dollars' worth of life-saving ventilators to the Russian Federation after a conversation with Vladimir Putin.
