BOISE, Idaho, May 23 -- Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following statement after the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control, pursuant to an executive order (No. 13851), designated two senior members of the Nicaraguan regime:
