WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Rep. Gregory W. Meeks, D-New York, issued the following statement on the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's decision to finalize rulemaking on the Community Reinvestment Act modernization and Comptroller Joseph Otting's resignation:
