NEW YORK, May 22 -- New York Mayor Bill de Blasio issued the following news release:
Mayor de Blasio updated New Yorkers on the City's emergency food efforts during the COVID-19 crisis. By next week, the Emergency Food Delivery program will be delivering over 1 million meals per day. This is in addition to the City's school grab-and-go program, which serves over 500,000 meals per day at over 500 schools across the City. The City's efforts have now passed 32 million total meals serve . . .
