WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, issued the following statement after China announced it would impose national security law on Hong Kong:
"Chairman Xi and his Communist thugs once again show their disregard for Hong Kong's promised autonomy and freedom.
