WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, issued the following joint statement with Reps. Ro Khanna, D-California and Susan Davis, D-California, on the Government Accountability Office's approaches and strategies used in college campus surveys on sexual violence:
