BUFFALO, New York, May 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced that Kristy Brucz, 34, of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford to obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. The charge carries a maximum penalty of four years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
