WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) introduced the Right to Test Act, which would let states approve and distribute diagnostic tests when the state or federal government has declared a public health emergency. Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) Mike Braun (R-Ind.), and Mike Lee (R-Utah) are original cosponsors.
