LAREDO, Texas, May 22 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) announced $50,000 in federal funds to WestCare Texas, Inc. These funds awarded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, will assist the clinic in providing mental health and substance use disorder diagnosis, as well as treatment . . .
