WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release on May 21:
Senator John Hoeven, chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee, announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is making up to $1 billion in loan guarantees available.
