AUSTIN, Texas, May 22 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott announced that the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) will begin a phased opening of driver license offices starting May 26th with limited service offerings.
