WASHINGTON, May 21 -- Rep. Dusty Johnson, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Dusty Johnson (R-S.D.) announced Kenzee Schafer, from Wessington Springs, as the winner of the 2020 Congressional Art Competition for South Dakota.
