U.S. Senators Ben Sasse (R-NE) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), along with Senators Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Tim Scott (R-SC), introduced legislation to help American workers attain the skills they need to compete as we confront the coronavirus pandemic.
