WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Rep. Stephen F. Lynch, D-Massachusetts, chairman of the House Oversight and Reform subcommittee on National Security, issued the following statement after a briefing to examine the coronavirus outbreak in sub-Saharan Africa and discuss implications for international security:
