WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Rep. Albio Sires, D-New Jersey, issued the following statement regarding President Trump for his overnight removal of State Department Inspector General Steve Linick:
"This is now the third time this President has removed an inspector general from their position seemingly because they were doing their jobs.
"These actions are just the latest in a pattern of blatant disregard for any form of independent oversight, meant to hold all branche . . .
