LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, May 16 -- Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and Associated Industries of Arkansas issued the following news release on May 15:
As of Monday, all retail businesses can be open. An announcement will be made Monday about bars. Arkansas was never under a lockdown or stay-at-home order. We take the virus very seriously, but we want to be able to work and make a living. But we must be smart about it.
