NEW YORK, May 16 -- New York Mayor Bill de Blasio issued the following news release:
Mayor de Blasio announced a COVID-19 Heat Wave Plan to keep vulnerable New Yorkers cool and safe at home, create safer summer cooling options and prevent and respond to power outages.
