WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, issued the following statement after voting against the Democrats' Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions Act (H.R. 6800):
"The COVID-19 pandemic requires a bipartisan response, like we have shown is possible, with focused economic relief for the American people.
