SYRACUSE, New York, May 16 -- The State University of New York Upstate Medical University campus issued the following news:
Xiuli Zhang, MD, has been appointed chair of the Department of Anesthesiology. The appointment was effective May 11.
The appointment was announced by College of Medicine Dean Lawrence Chin, MD. Zhang has served as interim chair of Anesthesiology since August 2019.
