JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, May 15 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after cosponsoring the Time to Repeal an Archaic Policy Act, introduced by Rep. Guy Reschenthaler, R-Pennsylvania, on May 8:
