Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) announced $3,785,488 in federal funding to County of Hidalgo Community Services Agency through the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). These LIHEAP funds, awarded through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, will be used to help low-income households and seniors in Hidalgo County pay energy bills during the COVID-19 pandemi . . .
