SYRACUSE, New York, May 13 -- Rep. John Katko, R-New York, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. John Katko (NY-24) was named the second most bipartisan Member of Congress for the 116th Congress, according to a new report released by The Lugar Center. With 437 Members of Congress included in this year's report, this ranking demonstrates Katko's willingness to work across party lines to deliver results. He ranked above every Democratic lawmaker and all but one Republican.
