U.S. Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand announced $3,910,000,000 in federal funding for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), allocated in the CARES Act through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
