WASHINGTON, May 13 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement on the introduction of the Heroes Act (H.R. 6800), a comprehensive bill that responds to the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic:
