PIERRE, South Dakota, May 12 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
Governor Kristi Noem signed an executive order to give flexibility in South Dakota's fight against the spread of COVID-19.
Executive Order 2020-23 suspends the statute related to the renewal of certain alcoholic beverage licenses.
It also suspends the rule regarding submission of financial statements for Deadwood gaming establishments.
