In a letter to House and Senate Leadership Thursday, Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-Del.), Congressman Collin Peterson (D-Minn.), Chair of the House Agriculture Committee, and Congressman Filemon Vela (D-Texas) urged the prioritization of $250 billion for a robust plan to test and provide contact tracing for frontline healthcare, first responders, and food and agricultural workers.< . . .
