DALLAS, Texas, May 9 -- Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Texas, issued the following news release on May 8:
Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson announced as a result of the FY2020 AmeriCorps State and National Grant Competition, Texas-30 will receive $2,489,641 million in AmeriCorps funding from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), the federal agency responsible for AmeriCorps and other national service programs.
