WASHINGTON, May 9 -- Rep. Donald W. Norcross, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressmen Donald Norcross (D-NJ-01), Andy Kim (D-NJ-03), John Garamendi (D-CA-03) and Paul Cook (R-CA-08) joined together to introduce the bipartisan Put Our Neighbors to Work Act, legislation that would create more opportunities for local hiring from military construction projects.
