In an effort to strengthen the economy and save local jobs amid the COVID-19 pandemic, U.S. Reps. John Katko (R, NY-24) introduced bipartisan legislation to enhance the employee retention tax credit (ERTC). Rep. Katko introduced this measure alongside U.S. Reps. Stephanie Murphy (D, FL-7), Suzan DelBene (D, WA-1), Brian Fitzpatrick (R, PA-1), and Chris Pappas (D, NH-1)
