LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, May 9 -- Rep. French Hill, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
Rep. French Hill (AR-02) announced the launch of the 2020 Congressional Art Competition for central Arkansas high school students. Each spring, each of the Member of the U.S. House of Representatives hosts a local high school art competition to recognize and celebrate the artistic talent across the congressional district.
