SODDY-DAISY, Tennessee, May 9 -- The Tennessee Valley Authority issued the following news release:
The Tennessee Valley Authority's Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Unit 2 resumed 100% power operations after safely completing a scheduled refueling and maintenance outage. Unit 2 provides enough carbon-free energy to power 650,000 homes.
