WASHINGTON, May 9 -- Rep. Bruce Westerman, R-Arkansas, issued the following statement on the Fourth District winners of the Congressional Art Competition:
"I look forward to the art competition every year, and I'm always amazed by the talent and creativity of high school students around the district.
