WASHINGTON, May 9 -- Sen. Christopher Murphy, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and 23 Senators sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), urging the agency to develop and implement comprehensive mental health care plans to ensure veterans' well-being during and after the pandemic.
