WASHINGTON, May 9 -- Rep. Andy Kim, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03), Congressman John Garamendi (CA-03), Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ-01), and Congressman Paul Cook (CA-08) introduced the bipartisan Put Our Neighbors to Work Act, which would create more opportunities for local hiring from military construction projects.
