DALLAS, Texas, May 9 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing that the city of Alexandria, Louisiana, will receive $300,000 as a Brownfields assessment grant. The funding is part of $65.6 million given nationwide to assess and clean up contaminated properties under the agency's Brownfields Program.
