WASHINGTON, May 8 -- The Federal Election Commission issued the following news release:
The Federal Election Commission cited a campaign committee for failing to file the 12-Day Pre-Primary Report required by the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act), for the primary election being held on May 12, 2020 in Nebraska.
As of May 7, 2020, the required disclosure report had not been received from:
* Barbara Ramsey for Congress (NE-1)
