INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, May 8 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana issued the following statement:
Police officers fatally shot Dreasjon Reed last night near Michigan and 62nd street, in Indianapolis. Police have said the man opened fire after a car chase, but disturbing live video taken on Reed's phone of the incident has concerned many members of the community.
