WASHINGTON, April 30 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner Bernard L. McNamee on dockets (Nos. CP19-509-000, CP19-509-001) regarding Texas Eastern Transmission:
