Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Lewis A. Craparotta, for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as commanding general, Training and Education Command. Craparotta is currently serving as the commander, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific; and commanding general, Fleet . . .
