Rep. Maloney Issues Statement on Never Again Education Act

NEW YORK, May 8 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, issued the following statement after the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources has discharged the Never Again Education Act for a Senate vote:

"Thanks to the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, we are one step closer to making the Never Again Education Act law.

"I'm glad that the Senate has made the Never Again Education Act a priority, and I look forward to its passage.
