NEWARK, New Jersey, May 8 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release on May 6:
A Florida man today admitted his role in using his company to defraud the Medicare Program in connection with fraudulent orders for genetic tests, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
