WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Sen. Jim Risch, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following statement on May 7 after the Senate confirmed Adm. Brett Giroir to be representative of the U.S. on the executive board of the World Health Organization:
