Citing the high costs of doing business in New York City and the devastating impact the COVID-19 impact has had on local small businesses, Congressman Max Rose penned a letter supported by both the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce urging the Small Business Administration (SBA) to make fixes to critical relief programs to better serve the needs of small businesses . . .
