WASHINGTON, May 1 -- Rep. Tom Reed, R-New York, issued the following news release:
Rep. Tom Reed is proud to announce a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Service grants for the Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene for $2 million.
The funds will be disbursed by the Department of Health And Human Services.
